James Drudge

James is currently the Manager for Transportation and Diesel Technology at LCCC.  His role oversees commercial driver training (CDL) and non-credit Diesel training.


Prior to LCCC, James spent over a decade in various leadership roles for Lowe's Distribution, working in Cheyenne, WY, Mooresville and Wilkesboro, NC, as well as Rockford, IL.


James also has experience working as a web and full-stack developer for various software companies, extensive customer service experience with Walmart, Home Depot, Burdine's and 84 Lumber where he served as a co-manager in multiple locations and most importantly to his currently role, James spent several years as a regional and over-the-road driver for North American Van Lines, Werner, PST and Schneider.


He holds degrees in computer programming, information technology, as well as an MBA with emphases in international business and accounting and finance.

Adam Winn

Adam Winn is the lead ABE instructor in the Adult Career and Education System (ACES) at Laramie County Community College (LCCC). He has been in adult education for over 16 years and is passionate about helping adult learners achieve their goals. 


Adam is the President-Elect for Wyoming Lifelong Learning Association (WyLLA), current President for Mountain Plains Adult Education Association (MPAEA), and one of the founders of the Wyoming Adult Education Awareness and Advocacy group.

Lindsey Stutheit

Lindsey is the Director of Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Laramie County Community College. Her background includes workforce development, k-12 Career & Technical Education Coordinator, and her own work as a creative consultant and interior designer. These experiences help her support businesses owners and create impactful programming for the business community.

Tonya Hacker

Born and raised in Thermopolis, Tonya Hacker is a proud alum of the University of Wyoming and deeply committed to education and community development across the state. She currently serves as the Dean of Outreach & Workforce Development at Laramie County Community College, where she leads a dynamic team focused on expanding access to education, supporting economic growth, and strengthening partnerships across Wyoming.

 

With 17 years of experience in K–16 education, Tonya has worked across the K–12 system, community colleges, and the university level. Her professional background is rooted in Career & Technical Education (CTE) and workforce development, with expertise in designing and delivering high-impact training programs to meet the evolving needs of local employers. She is committed to creating innovative learning opportunities that empower Wyoming’s talent pipeline and contribute to the long-term vitality of our communities.
